the comparison and analysis of self running and out contracted logistics Logistics is very important to modern enterprises. Though the theory studies and practices of logistics have taken off in China, the logistics market is still on the starting stage due to the incomplete environment. There are two ways to run logistics for enterprises: self running or out contracted. Nowadays most enterprises in China are managed in either 'large and completed' or 'small but completed', which results in high logistics cost. Through the analysis of self running and out contracted logistics for enterprises, this paper could be a reference to help enterprises to choose a better logistics manner. |

Comparison of self running and outer pack logistics Logistics is very important to modern enterprises. Researches and applications of logistics have taken off in China, however, the market is still at the very beginning. There are two kinds of enterprises logistics, self running and outer pack. Now, most of China enterprises are all around no matter small or large, which causes high logistics cost. This paper presents a reference to choose right logistics kind by comparing self running and outer pack. |
