| 不加芯材都能做出空白胶囊,所以单纯水溶性的包埋效果会很不理想。复凝聚法最好是用油溶性芯材,如果要包水溶性材料,理论上是需要先乳化成w-o-w复合乳液。One of the limitations of complex coacervation method is the difficulty for encapsulation of hydrophilic compounds, as the technique is more appropriate to hydrophobic compounds as core materials. Rocha-Selmi et al. reported that the hydrophilic core such as sucralose sweetener, ascorbic acid, aspartame can be encapsulate by complex coacervation using GE and GA as wall materials. To encapsulate these hydrophilic compounds, it is necessary to make several changes to the common complex coacervation method, such as including a double emulsion step (a primary water-in-oil emulsion was performed prior to coacervation, followed by a double emulsion, water–oil–water) at the beginning of the process.Obviously, this method will increase the cost, thereby making an already costly process more expensive. |
