[交流] 求助有关希夫碱的摘要翻译

对可能含有手性的化合物,测定了其旋光活性。
    所合成的希夫碱及希夫碱配合物都为粉末状物质,颜色差异较大,在空气中放置较为稳定。
    实验发现:
①希夫碱配体形成相应配合物时,是氮原子或是酚羟基上的氧原子参与配位,形成M-N键或是M-O键。
②用纯度较高的s型联萘胺对映体合成了联萘胺希夫碱及相应的配合物后,旋光活性依然存在。
③对外消旋联萘胺拆分时,得到的第一种对映体是右旋的,第二种对映体为左旋的。

we test the Polarimetry activity to determine whether the compound is Chiral Compounds.
Schiff base and the Schiff base complexes we got are both Powder,also are Different colors and they are Relatively stable when they are exposured to the air.
Experimental found:
1 Nitrogen atoms or Phenolic hydroxyl group on the oxygen atoms were
Involved in coordination forming M-N bond  or M-O bond when Corresponding complexes synthesize from Schiff base ligand
2 Polarimetry activity remains when Schiff base linked naphthylamine and its Corresponding complexes were synthesized from High purity s-type binaphthyl amine enantiomers
3 one of  D-enantiomer is Dextral while the other is laevorotatory when   Binaphthyl racemic amines were Splitted

we tested the polarimetry activity for the compounds which are potentially chiral.

All synthesized Schiff bases and their coordinates are powered substances but with different colours, which are stable when exposed in the air.

Experiments reveal that:

1. it is nitrogen atom or oxygen atom in phenolic hydroxy group who acts as the coordinating site to form M-N bond or M-O bond, when Schiff base ligands form corresponding coordination compounds.

2. polarimetry activity still exist in s-binaphthyl amine Schiff bases and corresponding coordinations by reacting with s-binaphtyhl amines with high purity.

3. D- and  L- enantiomer was obtained individually when a racemic mixture of binaphtyl amine was separated.
