Senior Scientist of in-vivo Pharmacology
Nanjing, China

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop appropriate in-vivo functional assays based on the knowledge of mechanisms of drug action and assay development principles in Biologics discovery and development.

2. Possess/ gain a thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines of in-vivo assay development and analysis.

3. Manage in-vivo assay projects and communicate with vendors to ensure the success of projects.

Qualifications:
1. Ph. D in immunology, biomedical sciences, cell biology, biochemistry or related field.

2. With over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing in-vivo bioassays, pharmacodynamics studies and developbility evaluation of Ab drug candidates.

3. Knowledge of in-vivo assay development principles and regulatory guidance for Ab drug discovery and development.

4. Experience in drug targets evaluation , in-vivo functional assays development and immune check point assays is highly desired.
