WISM'09-AICI'09 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of web information systems, web mining, artificial intelligence, computational intelligence, with their applications for addressing world problems of various kinds. WISM'09-AICI'09 is multi-disciplinary in which a wide range of theory and methodologies are being investigated and developed to tackle complex and challenging problems. All accepted papers will appear in conference proceedings published by the Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and the IEEE, respectively. (All accepted papers at WISM’09-AICI'09 are indexed by EI and ISTP). Selected good papers will be recommended for publication in EI/SCI indexed international journals.
