2019中德博士后项目申报启动:亥姆霍兹联合会共发布来自8个研究中心的71个用人岗位。

中德博士后项目自2013年开始启动,今年进入第六个年头。中德双方联合提供50份不低于洪堡奖学金的优厚科研资助:中方提供两年30万人民币的经费,德方科研机构再为每人匹配每月1500欧元个人现金收入。申请人可以是在站博士后,应届博士毕业生以及35岁以下在高校和科研机构工作的青年科研人员,包括已经在国内做过一届两年博士后的出站人员。申请人在申请时可以在国内或国外,但是必须依托一个专业领域相关的博士后流动站投递申请材料。待成功入选中德博士后项目之后,成功申请者需要在推荐申请的博士后流动站办理博士后入站手续,然后执行海外留学计划,并通过博士后流动站获得中方的经费支持,在两年项目结束后,也需要办理出站手续。
亥姆霍兹联合会是由19个德国国家实验室组成的德国最顶级的科研单位,中国学人构成德国人之外最大的科学家群体。

不过,国际博士后的交流项目原本也还有120个出国名额,只是申请 截止时间是3月15号。如果能说服国外导师出钱,是可以竞争那120个奖学金名额的。 不过,全球120个,和这里的71个岗位之中资助50个,两者之间的竞争强度是不一样的。

没有,马普只和中科院有交换博士生30个左右名额、国内博士生中选派,中科院出第一年的钱。是否延长,德国导师决定。 弗劳恩霍夫的中科院合作是十个交换博士生名额,仿马普的做法。 DAAD和中科院和CSC有协议。
