IEEE ACCESS处于审稿状态的文章放在arxiv上吗？ 已有2人参与

查了下IEEE ACCESS期刊的官网，有一段声明说可以在作者自己的网站或者机构内部网站上放论文的预印版，但是没有明确说能不能放在arxiv这种公共网站上。在网站上没有找到相关的其他说明，请问有人知道这方面的规定吗？ 不知道审稿期间能否放到arxiv上？可以放的话还有什么需要注意的事项吗？求解答，谢谢大家！ PS：找到的官网声明如下（网址：https://ieeeaccess.ieee.org/submitting-an-article/）： Preprints of authors articles to their own web site, their employer’s site, or to another server that invites constructive comment from colleagues and provides a publication time stamp are allowed. Upon submission of an article to IEEE, an author is required to transfer copyright in the article to IEEE, and the author must update any previously posted version of the article with a prominently displayed IEEE copyright notice. Upon publication of an article by the IEEE, the author must replace any previously posted electronic versions of the article with either (1) the full citation to the IEEE work with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), or (2) the accepted version only with the DOI (not the IEEE-published version). Articles submitted to IEEE Access should not be under consideration for peer review at any other journal (simultaneous submission). |
