Materials Chemistry and Physics主编极其不负责任

首先发表一下对Materials Chemistry and Physics杂志的看法 这个杂志是台湾人办的，编辑部处理投稿比较慢，这是很多虫友反应过的问题。 投稿后，至少等些时间才会With Editor，然后再等很久才会Under Review，最后审稿结束后，Required Reviews Completed等很久，才给消息。 我的情况比较糟糕，Required Reviews Completed等了至少半个月，最后给的消息竟然是Reject。 我认为这个杂事的主编极其不负责任（有些虫友也说过，主编不负责任），作出reject完全出于自己主观因素，忽略审稿人的意见，明明两个人的审稿意见为positive，主编却说against。即使两个审稿人意见相左，一般也得再找第三个审稿人啊，何况现在两个意见都相右。 不知道现在到底是否该写申诉信，不写感觉心里很不服气，白白浪费了三个月多月的时间，写呢，感觉用途不大，这是主编作出的决定。大家如何看呢？ 还是另投他刊呢？ －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 附录1 Decision Letter －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ Dear Dr***, Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received. This reviewer believes that the contribution is worthy of publication with major revisions, and the readers of Materials Chemistry and Physics are a suitable audience for the contribution. ……具体意见略 |
