招聘单位： 梅奥医学中心生物化学和分子生物学系核酸分子生物学实验室 PI: Wenqian Hu Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, USA, 55905 研究方向： a) Post-transcriptional regulations in embryonic stem cells and mammalian cell differentiation b) Post-transcriptional regulations in innate immune response c) Molecular mechanisms of RNA-binding proteins and long noncoding RNAs 代表论文： https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=wenqian+hu 招聘对象： Required: a) a PhD degree in life science obtained within the past 2 years or to be obtained soon; b) Experience in mammalian cell tissue culture as evidenced in publications; c) Solid knowledge in molecular biology and mammalian cell biology; d) Detail oriented and has a passion for research; Optional but preferred: a) Experience in mouse work; b) Experience in immunological assays and mouse models (e.g. EAE); c) Experience in RNA molecular biology; d) Experience in bioinformatic analysis on transcriptomic datasets (RNA-seq, CLIP-seq, Ribo-seq, etc) 工资待遇： 美国国立卫生院（NIH）标准 （starting at $ 48,432/year） 申请方式： Please send the following materials to: whu.lab.mayo@gmail.com a) Cover letter; b) updated C.V. c) Contact information for at least two references |
