| 酶的提取与分离纯化是酶工程的主要内容之一,是酶的生产方法中最早采用并沿用至今的生产方法,在采用其他方法进行酶的生产过程中,也必须进行酶的提取和分离纯化。在酶学研究方面，为了研究酶的结构和功能、酶的催化机制、酶催化动力学和酶的生物合成及其调节控制规律，酶的提取和分离纯化也是必不可少的环节。酶分离纯化的最终目的就是要获得高度纯净的酶制剂，整个工作包括三个基本环节：抽提、纯化和制剂。 |
