IEEE ACCESS修改后重投 已有3人参与

看了下给大家修改后重投的意见差不多，重投的要求是这样的 When resubmitting, please submit as a new manuscript; however include a list of the updates that you made from the previous manuscript in a separate document. The list of updates should have the following regarding each comment: 1) Reviewer’s concern, 2) your response to the concern, 3) actual changes implemented. For grammatical corrections, we kindly request that you highlight all individual changes in the updated manuscript. As an example, you may submit your revised article with the "editing mode" feature turned on. Finally, in your cover letter, please indicate if you would like us to assign your article to the same or different reviewers and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 我有点懵以下几件事： 1.所做的修改单独整理成文档回复意见，所谓的单独整理是写到cover letter还是哪？这文档叫啥啊 在哪个阶段提交到哪啊 2.标出所做的调整大家是怎么做的。。。因为修改意见给的特别多特别细 我如果修订模式，可以说是全篇都是修订。。。 3.cover letter里所说的指出要不要换审稿人，这种话可以直说吗？有个审稿人强烈拒绝而且不建议重投 我好想避开他啊 4.这是我自己的问题。。。九月份返回意见之后一直很忙（当然给的意见确实也很多），现在提交还有多大希望啊。。。 |

1 针对每个审稿人所提问题，一一回复，整理到responde letter。2，重新提交时，提交word的修订版（和上一个版本相比）。3，cover letter可以提自己选择的审稿人，但是否考虑取决于副主编。4，重新提交和时间没有关系，改好投即可。PS：投稿时，所有文件从方便审稿人审稿评阅为主，要认真修改，正面回复。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
