We are in the middle of an editorial rearrangement and preparing a new team to take over at the earliest possible. We have your paper, along with many others. Hopefully we can get to your submission within 3 to 4 months. Should there be circumstances wherein you need to expedite the reviewing of your paper--you are free to make the decision to wait or withdraw your work and send it to another Elsevier journal.
