聚醋酸乙烯酯的聚合度测试研究

采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)法测定的聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)的聚合度为基准,将PVAc稀溶液近似看作牛顿流体,通过旋转粘度计测定PVAc的特性粘度[ ]值。对lnP-ln[ ]/C进行线性拟合,推导出测定PVAc聚合度的经验公式为lnP ﹦4.7287 ln[ ]/C + 6.1796。用乌氏粘度计法验证经验公式,此公式具有一定的可靠性。根据不同的实验室条件和对PVAc聚合度精确度的不同,选择不同的测试方法

Polyvinyl acetate test study of the polymerization degree

Using gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method of polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) based on the degree of polymerization, the PVAc dilute solution as a Newtonian fluid approximation, through the rotating viscometer of the intrinsic viscosity determination of PVAc [] value . Of lnP-ln [] / C for linear fit, derived from the determination of the degree of polymerization of PVAc empirical formula for lnP = 4.7287 ln [] / C + 6.1796. Ubisch viscometer method used to verify the empirical formula, the formula has a certain reliability. Laboratory under different conditions and degree of polymerization of PVAc different accuracy, choose a different test methods
