IEEE International NanoElectronics Conference (INEC 2010) 2nd Call-for-Paper January 3 – 8, 2010 City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China www.cityu.edu.hk/ieeeinec Dear Prof. ********** The 3rd IEEE International Nanoelectronics Conference (INEC) will be held from January 3 to 8, 2010 in City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. This conference features plenary and invited talks by famous scientists in nanofabrication, nanoelectronics, nanophotonics, and nanobiology. A special symposium on nanoscience and nanotechnology in China featuring all invited talks by about 20 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Academia Sinica will be held during the conference. The IEEE INEC 2010 website is now open for abstract submission and registration. You are welcomed to submit abstracts and papers electronically via the conference website. IMPORTANT DATES Abstract Submission Deadline: July 15, 2009 Notification of Abstract Acceptance: August 31, 2009 Early Registration Deadline: September 30, 2009 Full Paper Submission Deadline: December 31, 2009 The extended abstracts of all paid/registered papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore database and Engineering Index (EI). Full contributed papers will be peer reviewed and published in a special issue of Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (2007 impact factor: 1.987). Topics of relevance to this special issue include, but are not limited to: 1. Nano-Fabrication 1.1 Nanofabrication Technologies 1.2 Nanoscale Modeling and Simulation 1.3 Nanometrology and Nanomanipulation 1.4 Characterization Techniques 2.
