| 各位走过路过的神级人物，请问一下：2019 IGARSS会议论文截止日期已过半月，为什么论文的状态还在under review中，一直没有收到通知，即使是拒稿通知也应该有了吧。有没有人能帮忙解答一下的？拜谢！ |
