Postdoctoral Research Fellow Position at NTU 已有3人参与

Silicon Photonics & 2D-Material Optoelectronics Advanced Photonics Research (APR) Lab at School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore is seeking “TWO” candidates for postdoctoral research fellow positions in the field of “Silicon Photonics & 2D-Material Optoelectronics”. The central theme of our research focuses on developing a new class of semiconductor-based light sources for next-generation optical and quantum computing. The successful candidates are expected to perform the following tasks: Device design and simulation using commercial software (e.g. LUMERICAL, COMSOL) Device fabrication (http://www.eee.ntu.edu.sg/research/n2fc/Pages/default.aspx) Optical characterizations and analyses The successful candidate should possess: PhD degree in electrical engineering, applied physics or related areas Strong research background on photonics & optoelectronics Salary and terms of employment: Successful candidates can expect competitive salary and benefits. Monthly salary will be determined based on educational qualifications and research experience. Settling-in allowance will also be provided. The period of employment is 2 years.
