计算机sci期刊投稿半个月直接被拒，新年前收到这种拒信好伤心啊 已有2人参与

投稿Neurocomputing前信心满满，没想到在编辑眼里这么差，半个月直接拒稿（似乎都不用外审） ，审稿评论也非常不好，毫不留情地说论文达不到该期刊的水准，总结一下审稿意见：1）理论创新点不够，2）英语表达问题，3）参考文献没有引用到Neurocomputing期刊（这个问题是不是很大，我一篇都没有引用到）理论创新点这里没法修改了，Neurocomputing说我的论文达不到这种级别的期刊，那我之前查到符合我论文方向（不平衡分类）的以下期刊都不适合了？感觉自己心有点大，不过这个期刊列表是我从一篇不平衡分类综述性论文里面选择的，它统计了近几年不平衡分类论文在以下期刊发表的数量。我的论文idea是利用强化学习解决不平衡分类问题，将分类问题分解为一个竞猜（分类）游戏问题，智能体每分对一个少数类，给予较高的奖励，分错则给予较高的惩罚，对于多数类给予较低的奖赏和惩罚。最后实验效果也特别好。论文已经放在arxiv上了，计算机的大佬们可以帮忙瞄一瞄。。。希望推荐一些符合不平衡分类方向并且难度不大的sci期刊，楼主现在研二下，马上要开始找实习了，而学院毕业要求是一篇sci论文。 论文arxiv链接 期刊名 影响因子 JCR分区（学院按照这个分区） 中科院分区 Neurocomputing 3.241 1区 2区 Neural Networks 7.197 1区 2区 Pattern Recognition 3.962 1区 2区 expert systems with applications 3.768 1区 2区 Knowledge-based Systems 4.396 1区 2区 IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering 2.775 1区 2区 Applied Soft Computing 3.907 1区 2区 Soft Computing 2.204 2区 3区 Pattern Recognition Letters 1.952 2区 3区 Information Sciences 4.305 1区 2区 这篇论文从做实验到撰写英文论文花了半年多的时间，也学会不少东西，比如latex排版、论文矢量图制作和文献查找等，这个过程全是个人摸索，但是投稿阶段导师还是没有什么指导，现在被拒了她叫我找次一点的期刊，可我真的不太懂这些问题啊，不清楚难度和投稿周期。写作论文时每次写完发给她就一大片一片地删除掉让我改改改，有时觉得她改得不好都无法反驳，叫我做的实验也是不考虑难度。。。现在又让我重新将论文翻译成中文发给她，简直烦死了，这个年真不好过。。。大家的导师是不是都这样，算了，吐槽完毕还是得修改翻译。。。希望有计算机的大佬们指导一下（如果瞄一下我arxiv上的论文更好）推荐一些符合的期刊给我。。。 一下是审稿意见（非常打击）： Thank you for submitting your work to Neurocomputing. Despite having some interesting ideas, the manuscript has the following critical limitations: 1) Lack of scientific novelty and contributions: the scientific novelty is limited, the technical contributions (heuristic methodology without sound theory justification) are rather weak, and the impact in either theoretical or empirical results is not significant enough for a premier journal publication. 2) Clarity and presentation: the paper is not clearly presented, there are quite a lot of English writing errors/typos, the presentation is not satisfied. Overall, the quality of this submission is clearly below the acceptance bar, and we regret that we could not recommend publishing this manuscript for the journal. We hope that this decision does not deter you from submitting to us again, and thank you for your interest in the NEUROCOMPUTING. |

我11月份也被neurocomputing拒了，也是编辑审了3周，没送外审。这个期刊要求还是挺高的，我已转投三区期刊 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |

再改改换期刊重投就行了，半个月拒稿挺好的，我经历过11个半月被拒，还是两篇，其实拒稿也不是说你水平不行，只是没有引起编辑或审稿人这么少数几个人的兴趣而已 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
