MS建模转化成data文件时出现错误

各位大佬，我用MS做了一个模型，是金属颗粒和PDMS分子的混合物，然后使用msi2lmp转化data文件时出现了错误，找不到一些键的信息，具体如下，求大佬指点 Forcefield: Class I Forcefield file name: D:\Program Files\LAMMPS 64-bit 7Dec2018\frc_files\cvff.frc Output is recentered around geometrical center Output contains style flag hints System translated by: 0 0 0 Reading car file: fe.car Reading mdf file: fe.mdf Building internal coordinate lists Reading forcefield file Get force field parameters for this system Unable to find bond data for si oh Unable to find angle data for si oh ho Unable to find torsion data for c3 si oh ho Unable to find torsion data for o si oh ho Check parameters for internal consistency Writing LAMMPS data file fe.data for Class I force field Normal program termination |
