哪位虫子能帮俺翻译下，多谢啦，翻译满意另有金币，多谢啦！ （1）成人MMD以出血多见，这与目前文献报导的相符；（2）出血型MMD病人的发病高峰在30岁到40岁之间；（3）出血型的MMD病人以男性居多；（4）手术治疗的目的为建立脑动脉的正常循环,预防脑缺血和避免异常、脆弱血管网破裂导致的颅内出血,尤其是在治疗缺血型moyamoya病上已确立了其肯定的地位。对于MMD急性期的积极治疗，无论选择何种治疗方法，对于改善病人症状、降低死亡率、致残率及挽救患者生命都是十分有效的，并且效果显著的。非直接搭桥法与保守治疗在治疗效果上差异并无统计学意义；（5）手术治疗（尤其间接血管重建手术）对于烟雾病患者远期症状恢复并未发现肯定的疗效。临床医生在决定选择治疗方法前，应综合考虑手术风险与患者恢复之间的利弊，在取得患者及其家属的知情理解与同意情况下，才可决定其进一步的治疗。 |
