Dr. Jianqiang Wei's group at University of Massachusetts Lowell (麻省大学洛厄尔分校) is looking for two PhD students in structural/construction materials (cement, concrete and composites). Potential research topics include: 1. Advanced Cementitious Composites; 2. Cement Hydration Chemistry; 3. Fiber-Reinforced Cement Based Composites; 4. Durability and Degradation Prevention of Concrete Materials and Structures; 5. Emerging Concrete: Self-Healing, 3D Printing and Functional Components 学校近几年发展非常快，距离波士顿半小时车程，地理位置优越，学校科研氛围和科研设施都非常好，生活也很安逸。对申请者背景没有严格要求，有建筑材料，结构工程，材料学等经验的同学请在2月20号之前通过邮件联系并积极申请。英语成绩要求托福79或者雅思6.5. 如有兴趣请将简历发送至：jianqiang_wei@uml.edu |
