【求助】XPS 测试结果计算 IMFP

各位前辈，最近在测试XPS，希望计算表面层的厚度，但是对于平均自由程的计算有不同的公式，望各位前辈指教那一种更加合适！ 查到了两篇文献》 /M. P. Seah and W. A. Dench.
