the hong kong polytechnic university institute of textiles and clothing post specification (1) postdoctoral fellow (three posts) (ref. 18122112) [appointment period: each for twelve to eighteen months] (2) research associate (three posts) (ref. 18122113) [appointment period: each for twelve to eighteen months] (3) research assistant (two posts) (ref. 18122114) [appointment period: each for twelve to eighteen months] (4) PhD student duties the appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “multifunctional poly(lactic acid) filaments with mxene nanosheets”. qualifications applicants for the postdoctoral fellow post should have a doctoral degree in polymer science and engineering / materials chemistry and physics / catalytic- or electro- chemistry or other related areas or an equivalent qualification, and must have no more than three years of post-qualification experience at the time of application. (salary HK dollars 20000~35000/month) applicants for the research associate post should have a master’s degree in any of the afore-mentioned fields or a good honours degree in any of the afore-mentioned fields with three or more years of research/relevant work experience. (salary HK dollars 20000~35000/month) applicants for the research assistant post should have an honours degree in any of the afore-mentioned fields or an equivalent qualification. (salary HK dollars 16000~25000/month) PhD candidate requires study record in the 985 or 211 universities with IELTS score above 6.5, or degree from the world top 100 universities. Preference is given to the applicant with GPA>3.6, merit awards, and journal publications.
