加拿大多伦多大学访学A码

The U here tells me that the LMIA you mention is not necessary for a scientist working here for a relatively short period! They have never done this for Visiting scientists such as yourself!! The LMIA is intended for people from overseas coming to Canada who are competing with Canadians for paid jobs! The Visa you require does not need an LMIA in reality. I have had 6 visitors this year from Ireland, Slovakia and Hungary and none of them needed an LMIA! 加拿大多伦多大学化学系外导给我回信，认为国内资助公派高访不需要A码，但公派用的是公务护照，应该申请工签，申请工签要用到work permit No.,也就是A码， 请大家给个意见，看看如何和外导交涉，谢谢！ |
