| 长期以来,中药多以经验给药,至于药物中哪些成分起作用、药物的体内过程如何、药物成分与治疗作用之间有什么联系等问题常常不很清楚。这严重阻碍了中药现代化与国际化的进程。PK/PD结合模型着眼于药物的体内过程、药物效应及二者之间的关系,为解决以上问题提供了一种新方案。 |
