锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4的碳包覆研究 摘要: 采用固相法合成了尖晶石型LiMn2O4, 并通过蔗糖水溶法制备了不同的百分比含量的碳包覆的LiMn2O4，并通过比较得到包覆效果最佳的碳含量。X-射线衍射和扫描电镜结果表明,碳微粒包覆在LiMn2O4的表面没有产生晶体结构的变化。与未进过包覆处理的LiMn2O4相比,预计表面包覆碳微粒的正极材料会有更好的循环稳定性。这种LiMn2O4 的改性方法,工艺简单,易于操作,是改善尖晶石LiMn2O4循环性能的一种有效方法。 关键词：锂离子电池 LiMn2O4 正极材料 蔗糖 碳包覆 |

study on Carbon-coated Cathode materials for lithium-ion battery-LiMn2O4 abstract:Spinel LiMn2O4 was synthesized in Solid phase method,then The different percentage of carbon-coated LiMn2O4 was repared Through sucrose Solution,then, the percentage who show the best was got by coparing.the result of XRD and SEM indicate that there was no Changes in crystal structure when Carbon particle coated in the surface in LiMn2O4.Compared to non-coated LiMn2O4,we predict that the Cathode material who was coated would show better Cycle stability.this Modified method to LiMn2O4 was An effective way to improve the Cycle Performance of Spinel LiMn2O4 as it is simple in Technology and Operation.
