邮政企业文化探究 摘 要 随着时代感的前进和人们需求的不断提高，用户在使用邮政的过程中，重视商品环境的“文化性”，消费过程也从简单的追求使用价值上升为审美价值，知识价值和社会价值。邮政要加愉发展，需要企业文化与之适应并为之服务，以文化力促经济力，在经济、政治体制改革逐步深入的新形势下，加强邮政企业文化建设势在必行。 本文简单论述了邮政企业文化的内涵、结构层次及特征，提出了在社会主义市场经济新形势下，加强邮政企业文化建设的八条基本途径。 关键词：深化体制改革 转变观念 加强建设 发挥优势 |

investigation on postal enterprise culture abstract As the progress of the era and the improvement of people's requirements,more and more emphasis are put on the cultrue-sense of the goods enviroment while customers are using the post. Thus the process of the consume evolves from pursuing pure practical value into aesthetic judgement, knowledge value as well as society value. The development of the post can only be achieved by ....and by... .So the construction of the postal culture is of great urgency. This paper simply discussed the connotation,structrue and feature of the postal cultrue. Eight fundamental approaches were brought forward under the new circumstance of the socialism economy. The postal service must speed up development, while corporate culture need adjust and service for post service, the cultural force must promote economic power. therefore, with reform in the economic and political structure, the building of the postal corporate culture is imperative to enhance. 本文简单论述了邮政企业文化的内涵、结构层次及特征，提出了在社会主义市场经济新形势下，加强邮政企业文化建设的八条基本途径。 The connotation,structrue and character of the postal cultruesimply were discussed in this thesis.
