[交流] New Position ,New Chanllege!

I work in a listed eclectronic campany for over 4 year.

In the first 2years(2014.10-2016.10) I am a PE(Process Engineer),at this period the compay was in rasing time .and I spend most of time in the line to learn some skill as a PE ,at that time most of OP in the line was young girl and I often talked with them.in the second year I independent responsible for some process, I can decised how many OP、Fixture、Equipment this process need.and I also cofirm the parameter ,and I gain a lot.

I the second 2years(2016.11-2018.11) I am a EE(Equipment Enginner),I need to having meeting with equipment and custom every,and my senior maneger resigned and I was the oldest ataff in my department(a new department) ,so I have too much work like rectuting new employees,I set up my team and I learn some knowledge of magement ,and I improved my english bacause I need prepare report to my custom and some time I need comunicated with them in english.

Last month I become a senior maneger, I am very excited at the same time I worried about my following work ?I need management almost 300subordinates.what can I do for my now position?

  A: I recommend being more careful when writing and speaking English

NOTE:
  "Subordinates" sounds demeaning  Call them your colleagues, associates, or fellow team members, NOT subordinates

  Not sure about now, but as CEO, Andy Grove worked in a cubicle just like everyone else at Intel  His was bigger than everyone else's, but it was still a cubicle
