offer是否符合csc要求？

两个问题咨询一下各位： 1 申请普通访问学者，但是offer中写的是senior visiting scholar，是不是必须删掉senior？ 2 offer中写了如果没有托福或雅思成绩还要填一个学校的表格(You will be required to demonstrate on paper that you will have adequate financial support to cover the cost of your stay in California for you and your family. The United States Department of State does have an English Language Proficiency requirement for the J-1 visiting scholar visa.
