通过邮箱投稿Electronic Journal of Structural Engineering，一周左右收到一封邮件，内容如下： Dear Author This email is to let you know that we have progressed to some extent on the review of your paper. We will be in touch with you in the next couple of days to have your paper finalized. Please keep an eye on your email and allow some time to modify your paper and include reviewer comments within three days after you receive them.
