投Elsevier要求格式修改，但一直打回，请指点迷津

提交文章到杂志，管理编辑返回说需要按照下面修改，我的理解是 （1）把图和表放在正文中，而不是单独拿出来放在后面（刚投的时候是放在后面的），我已经把图表放在正文中该放的位置了； （2）在EES系统中，把所有作者的姓名、邮件地址与单位都写上，这三个是一个必要步骤，也都填了，以前忘记给协同作者填单位了（不是必选项），正文中标题下面有每个作者的姓名与单位。 但是修改后还是一遍遍被打回来，每次都是这两个提示，实在不知道怎么改才符合规范了，不知道哪位能指点迷津，非常感谢！ 邮件的问题如下： (1) It's preferred for reviewing to have illustrations and tables in the running text. So, do NOT use placeholders and gather the figures and tables at the end of the manuscript. Reviewers get confused if having to jump back and forth in the text to see them. If an image or table contains a lot of detail, you could add an additional high resolution version to the end of the manuscript. (2) Provide emails and affiliations of ALL authors in EES. In one of the submission steps the communicating author (you) enters the authors, selects first and communicating author et cetera. He/she can also enter an e-mail address and affiliation for a co-author. Please enter e-mail addresses and affiliations for all authors. If an author happens to have an EES account, then it's preferred to use the e-mail address that is also used in the EES account. Also make sure all authors are mentioned in the manuscript itself and the names are consistent. We ask for this information now because it gives less delay if we need to get in touch with all authors. |
