[交流] PhD Positions in Materials at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA

Two Ph.D. Research Assistant positions are in the research area of metals, ceramics, or laser material processing, starting from Summer or Fall 2019. I am looking for good Ph.D. students who are very interested in research and have motivations. The candidates are expected to have Master and Bachelor degrees in Materials Science and Engineering, nuclear engineering, laser processing, or related engineering discipline. The candidates with a Master degree and publications are preferred. Candidates need to satisfy UNL’s Graduate Admission Requirements in English (TOEFL 79, with a GRE score). The successful candidates will join in Dr. Bai Cui’s research lab at the department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). The webpage of Dr. Cui is: https://engineering.unl.edu/mme/faculty/bai-cui.

UNL is the Flagship University of the State of Nebraska, USA, and is an active member of the “Big Ten Conference”. Its Engineering Programs are expanding in recent years, and currently ranks approximately 80 in the US NEWS. Lincoln is a city ranked as one of the happiest city in the US, with a very safe environment, friendly people, clean air, short commutes, and a low living cost.
