第一次开直播帖，经验不足，请大家多多指教 4.18 稿件投出，当天即获得稿件号， editor invited 4.20 Technical checking in progress 4.23稿件被打回来，还好是格式，不用改英语，^_^ Your submission entitled "xxxxx" has been received by Composites Science and Technology. However, before we can proceed with your submission we ask you to address the following: Technical Screener-First Elsevier Editorial Services has DECLINED to take on this assignment. The Editor has provided the following reason for this decision: FAIL: TECHNICAL 1) Inset figure of figure 2(b) is of low quality, meaning that the information is unclear, especially the bar scale of the micrograph.
