帮老板招聘科研小组成员（正式编制）

坐标：西双版纳 要求：（这是老板自己写的，老板是法国人，之前在邱园工作了7年，性格非常好，会一些中文，平时工作主要用英文交流。） Requirement PhD in botany, plant evolution, taxonomy, conservation genetics, micromorphology We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to conduct research and publish results on the climbing plant species from Xishuangbanna and the species growing in XTBG vine garden. The research emphasis will be on ex-situ conservation, population genetics, storage, propagation and re-introduction techniques. We expect to perform analysis for wild populations genetic diversity, implement best propagation techniques including in-vitro propagation, storage such as cryopreservation and finally be in a position to re-introduce the endangered species in its natural environment. We also have a strong focus on public education and how to improve the vine garden landscape, species showcased and interpretation. The candidate should be willing to work in the field, make collection and also be at ease in a laboratory environment as well as working on a computer and be confident in bioinformatics.
