为了了解影响不同含水状态卷烟抽吸感受差异的因素,研究了同种卷烟不同环境条件存放烟支的主流烟气(粒相与气相)水分及总粒相物挥发性化学成分的变化规律。研究结果表明:随着环境湿度的增大,烟丝含水率相应提高,卷烟烟支主流烟气粒相水分及气相水分均呈上升趋势;当烟丝含水率由8%上升到19 %时,气相水分的增加趋势比粒相水分的更为明显;而环境温度对烟丝含水率及卷烟烟支主流烟气粒相水分及气相水分的影响并不明显。从该种卷烟烟丝含水率不同的烟支中都分析鉴定出同样的总粒相物挥发性化学成分。环境因素的变化会引起这些挥发性化学成分含量发生改变,特别是对低分子量的易挥发性物质影响较大;与正常烟支(烟丝含水率12~13%)相比,干燥烟支中的易挥发性化学成分含量较高,而潮湿卷烟中的则偏低。卷烟烟支潮湿度会显著影响烟气水分(尤其是气相水分)和低分子量易挥发性化学成分的含量变化,它们是影响不同含水率卷烟干燥刺激感受差异的两个重要因素。

To understand the factors that exerted influence on the final sensory evaluation of cigarettes with different moisture levels, the changing trend of water content in mainstream smoke (particle phase and gaseous phase) and volatile components in Total Particulate Matter (TPM) were investigated by means of the same type of cigarette under different storage conditions. Studies indicated that the water content in cut tobacco increased accordingly with the rise of environment moisture, and water content in particle phase and gaseous phase both presented a trend of rising; when water content in cut tobacco rose from 8% to 19%, the water content in gaseous phase would increase at a faster rate than that in particle phase;  however, the influence of environment temperature on water content in cut tobacco and mainstream smoke of cigarette was not evident. The same volatile components in TPM have been separated and identified from cigarettes of different water content. Change of environment would bring about differences in these volatile components, and the low-molecular volatile components in particular; compared with the normal cigarettes (water content ranging from 12% to 13%), the content of volatile components in drier cigarettes were a little bit higher than that in humid cigarettes. Therefore, the moisture of cigarette would significantly influence water content in the smoke, particularly the water content in gaseous phase and the content of low-molecular volatile components, which were two key factors that exerted influence on the final sensory characteristics like drying and mouth prickling etc.
