论文都已经是under review状态，编辑部突然告诉我未完成提交，这是什么情况？ 已有4人参与

如题，论文今年八月份投的springer旗下的一个期刊，开始也没提示我什么问题，然后十月份左右变成under review，今天收到编辑部的一封邮件，告诉我“I notice that you have attempted to submit a manuscript entitled "XXX" through the Editorial Manager site for our journal xxx. The status of this manuscript is recorded as 'incomplete', which unfortunately means that not all the steps necessary to complete the submission process have been taken. Should you still wish to submit this manuscript, I would be grateful if you could log in to your author menu and complete your submission. ” 这是什么情况，有同学们知道的吗？当时投稿的时候那个PDF我也生成了 |
