[交流] 又是out of scope.... 已有5人参与

心累第一次投jem 隔天主编就回了out of scope，改投了ijss 一个礼拜还是out of scope, 开始怀疑人生了有经验的虫子说说是客套话还是水平有问题thank you very much for submitting the paper referenced above for consideration for possible publication in the international journal of solids and structures. i have reviewed your submission and found the subject matter of the work to be tangential to the present scope of the journal. under the circumstances, it is preferable that i return the paper to you with the suggestion that you submit it to a more appropriate venue, perhaps one dealing with tunneling, where it may receive more interest and a more appropriate audience.?
