ÎÒÀ´ÊÔÊÔ Quinoline derivatives possess good biological activity and pharmacological activity, such as antimalaria [1], antibacterial [2, 3], antitumor [4, 5], antiviral [6, 7], anti-high blood pressure, platelet-derived growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase (PDGF-RTK) inhibitors [8,10] and so on. With the development of organic synthetic chemistry continuously, quinoline derivatives have been applied far beyond the field of medicine, and many synthesized quinoline derivatives are increasingly being employed as a new organic ligand, which can form the very good catalyst with the transition metal, because the complex structure and the special molecular structure of derivatives[11, 13]. Benzofuran derivatives plays a very important part in medicinal chemistry, and also with various biological activities, such as sterilization[14], anticancer[15], antivirus[16], anti-histamine[17,18], antiarrhythmic[19], immunosuppressants[20], antioxidation[21] and anti -free radicals[22] and so on. The kind of derivatives as a new type of electronic chemicals which is applied to liquid crystal displays, optical filters[23], optical records and photoreceptors[24] in the field of chemical engineering and materials shows good biological activity and medicinal value, so they attract extensive attention worldwide . Under these inspiration, we synthesize benzofuran with method of literature[25]. |

With the developing of organic synthetic chemistry, the synthetic Quinoline derivatives is not only applied in the field of medicine but also frequently used as new organic ligands for the complex construction and special molecular structure of the synthetic Quinoline derivatives. Such organic ligands could be used to make effective catalytic agent with transition metals[11, 13]. Benzofuran derivatives Occupies a very important position in pharmacochemistry. It also has much biological activity, such as Sterilization[14], anticancer[15], antiviral[16], anti-histamine[17, 18], antiarrhythmic[19], immunosuppressive agents[20], antioxidant[21] , anti-free radicals [22] etc. it aroused wild attention by revealing its good biological activity and high medicinal value for its involvement in Liquid crystal displays, optical filters[23], optical recording and optical sensors[24] in the field of chemical engineering and materials. Inspired by those and reviewed many documents we based our discussion on the methods of synthesizing Benzofuran derivatives. |
