电导率单位MS/m和%IACS的换算关系？电阻率μΩ•cm呢？ %IACS是试样电导率与某一标准值的比值的百分数。 1913年，国际退火铜标准确定:采用密度为8.89g/cm3、长度为1m、重量为1g、电阻为0.15328欧姆的退火铜线作为测量标准。在20摄氏度下，上述退火铜线的电导率为58.0MS/m时确定为100%IACS(国际退火铜标准)，其他任何材料的电导率(%IACS)可用下式进行计算: 电导率(%IACS)=电导率/58.0*100% 电导率是电阻率的倒数，也就是说a MS/m等同于1/a μΩ*m。 大家谈谈你测的电导率或电阻率跟你合金的成分、加工状态、热处理工艺等等有什么关系吗？认真回复重奖！ [ Last edited by FLY_Phoenix on 2009-4-24 at 00:34 ] |

| Eddy Current techniques have been used for a number of years on creep demage assessment. As the mechanical properties of the test materials change, a change in overall circuit impedance occurs, which is displayed on an oscilloscope. By monitoring these changes, it can be inferred that creep damage is present, based on observation of the signal parameters in comparison to similar changes that occurred on known creep-damaged materials. The depth of penetration of eddy currents is primarily influenced by frequency, conductivity, and relative permeability. |
