谁用过pQE质粒？

pQE是不是只能在M15等表达T5rna聚合酶的菌株中表达目的基因？ 但是官网上说： Optimized promoter–operator element consisting of phage T5 promoter (recognized by the E. coli RNA polymerase) and two lac operator sequences which increase lac repressor binding and ensure efficient repression of the powerful T5 promoter 是不是在any菌株中都能用于表达？ |
