【求助】分子动力学模拟几个小球系统

you can cite sth from the book 'computer simulation of liquids' and the code in which are written in Fortran language or you can pay attention to Frenkel & Smit's book in which code are written in C. the outline for computing will be same: list all parameters generate initial configuration(coordinates and velocities) compute force and energy compute velocity integrate velocity new position new velocity ------ |
