【专题】生产模具保养

生产模具保养 mold maintenance 1．目的：为保证模具正常生产，减少故障及品质问题,延长模具使用寿命。 Aim: ensure the mold normal usage, reduce the breakdown and quality problems and prolong mold lifetime 2．适用范围：注塑部量产中的模具，不含试模模具。 Application arrange: the mold for the mass production ,not for the trial mold. 3．日常保养 Routine maintenance 3.1 每班（12H）由责任技师保养一次，并记录在《作业日报表》上。 Each shift(12H) have a mold maintenance by a technician ,and make the record. 3.2 保养项目: Maintenance items: 3.2.1 前、后模面胶丝、脏物抹拭、清理； Check A,B plate surface for the plastic relic, remove the dirty. 3.2.2 检查弹簧、顶针、行位有无卡※、烧伤、断裂等现象，如有应落模修理； Check the spring, ejector ,slide for its stuck, burn and broken, if any, repair should be applied. 3.2.3检查运水是否堵塞，如有应进行疏通； Check the cooling system for its work situation 3.2.4 顶针、行位、导柱、导套等活动部位加黄油。 Grease the movable parts like ejector,slide,guide pin ,bushing and etc 4. 定期保养 regular maintenance 4.1 30T～100T： 每生产6万模保养一次 30T～100T: one time maintenance /60000 shot 150T～160T：每生产5万模保养一次 150T～160T: one time maintenance /50000 shot 220T～350T：每生产4万模保养一次 220T～350T：one time maintenance /40000 shot 4.2 保养项目：maintenance items 4.2.1 P/L面胶丝、脏物抹拭、清理； Clean and remove the dirty and plastic relic on P/L surface. 4.2.2 检查弹簧、顶针、行位有无卡※、烧伤、断裂等现象，如有应落模修理； Check the spring, ejector ,slide for its stuck, burn and broken, if any, repair should be applied. 4.2.3检查运水是否堵塞，如有应进行疏通； Check the cooling system for its work situation 4.2.4 顶针、行位、导柱、导套等活动部位加黄油； Grease the movable parts like ejector,slide,guide pin ,bushing and etc 4.2.5 分解顶针、行位、抽芯、检查是否有烧伤、断裂、严重磨损等现象，如有应修理或更换； Check the spring, ejector ,slide for its stuck, burn and broken, if any, repair should be applied. 4.2.6 排气槽、孔的清理，有困气烧黑部位加排气； Check the air vent ,hole. if any air trap found, solve it 4.2.7 损伤、磨损部位修正。 Repair the worn and damaged parts 5．外观保养：mold surface maintenance 5.2 保养项目:items 5.2.1、模胚外侧涂油漆，以免生锈； Mold base should be painted for the corrosion 5.2.2、落模时，型腔应喷上防锈油； When the mold half open, grease should be applied. 5.2.3、保存时应闭合严实，防止灰尘进入模CORE。 The mold plate should be tight close for the core damage 6．模具保养注意事项 6.1活动部位，每日保养必需加油； Movable parts should be greased everyday 6.2模面必须清洁：不得在P/L面粘标签纸；禁止产品粘模未取出仍继续啤货； The P/L surface must be clean, no paper on the P/L surface ,the works will continue only after the plastic relic is removed 6.3发现异常，如顶出异常，开合模响声大等必须及时维修停机检查、维修。 Some unusual situation happened ,such as abnormal ejection ,big sound of mold open, the process should be stopped for the check and repair |
