absorption spectrometies  of iron were summarized from 1998 to 2008,including general  spectrophotometry , dual-wavelength spectrophotometry ,extraction spectrphotometry dynamic   spectrophotometry ,flow injection spectrophotometry ,phase seperation  spectrophotometry and solid phase spectrophotometry . and also a review about prospect of  photometric analysis of iron was made. the number of reference was 89.
