ansys生成mnf文件报错

求助，刚学习用ansys生成mnf文件，参照教程设置solid185和mass21单元，设置了刚性区域，提取模态时，一计算就提示： 1、no slave possible for constraint equation 1200等好多直到1500 2、superelement file subelem.sub is not available 3、提示 the triangularized matrix file is not available, which is needed for the expansion of component mode synthesis superelement 最后就报错没有成功生成mnf文件，不知道什么原因啊，关键点，主节点都没选错按照序号选的，模态抽取方法是分块法，频率区间0-10000。 |
