【请教】请教Polymer Engineering and Science修改稿的投稿问题

Polymer Engineering and Science期刊在返回修改意见的时候说了下面这么一段话： ....... In the space provided, please include a cover letter describing how you responded to each of the comments from the reviewers and where the changes were made in the paper. **DO NOT mark the changes in the text as that text will not be suitable for publication** Failure to include that information will delay the processing of the revised manuscript. 请教一下：编辑的意思好像是是文章中的修改之处不要在的修改稿中直接标记出来，而应该在包含在对审稿人意见的答复之中。 请问1).对于以上一段话我理解的合适么？ 2).若我的理解合适的话，文章的修改之处太多，很难逐一列出， 不知朋友们是如何处理的，非常感谢。 |
