What I try to say is that ChinaNano is good conference, such as chinaNano 2005, first meeting. after that, many papers presented at the meeting are rejected after two year, without a comment ! it is not professional. It is a kind of suicide ! This has been reported in a famous forum and lots of people know it So I say that it seem to have a bad fame, their full paper can not be published in JNN.
