| 本试验是在常温下铁氧体法处理废水中Zn2+、Cu2+的基础上，研究四因数五水平条件下Zn2+、Cu2+混合废水的最佳处理效果。即温度t=40、50、60、70度，投料比Fe3+/Fe2+=1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5，Fe2+=10、11、12、13克，PH=8、9、10、11，添加剂=1.0、1.2、1.4、1.6克，通过实验,确定了处理该废水的最佳工艺条件为: t＝40℃，Fe3+/Fe2+＝1.5 ，Fe2+＝10，PH＝9，添加剂＝1。处理后Zn2+、Cu2+均低于国家规定最高允许排放浓度.此外对处理后的废渣即铁氧体进行红外分析。Sample Text |

| On basis of the test of treatment Zn2 +, Cu2 + of wastewater at room temperature with ferrite, We study on the best treatment effection of Zn2 +, Cu2 + of mixed wastewater under the conditions of the four-factor five-level. Namely,when t = 40,50,60,70 degrees , molar ratio Fe3 + / Fe2 + = 1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5, Fe2 + = 10,11,12,13 grams, PH = 8,9,10,11, additive = 1.0,1.2,1.4,1.6 grams,respectively. We determined the optimum conditions to deal with the waste water through experiments, namely t = 40 ℃, Fe3 + / Fe2 + = 1.5, Fe2 + = 10, PH = 9, additive = 1. After the treatment, the Zn2 +, Cu2 + concentration were lower than the state maximum allowable emission concentration.
