怎么能这样,一字不漏的抄袭。哎呀,又是IEEE的错(出版了文集,又送检)? 1. It has proved that double-channel access agreement efficient than the single-channel one by theory and simulation's test. And it will solve the exposed terminal problem. Proposed a design for new private multi-channel UWB MAC protocol applied distributed network in the background of UWB applied in wireless local network in this paper. 从社会契约论的角度来看,人活着都要遵循”游戏规则“,违反规则如不严惩,试想参与其中的人会不会逆向选择。楼上的思想有点消极,你的”管好自己“更像道家的无为而治,但是现阶段人们(至少是大多数)达不到道家提倡的自律要求。 在铸币时代,当那些低于法定重量或者成色的铸币——“劣币”进入流通领域之后,人们就倾向于将那些足值货币——“良币”收藏起来。最后,良币将被驱逐,市场上流通的就只剩下劣币了。 如果学术弄虚作假者得不到治理,中国的学术领域最终只剩下”劣币“,”良币“们或者去国外,或者被淘汰。试想:如果学术圈的游戏规则由”劣币“们制定或者倾向于”劣币“们,由于”良币“们不适应”劣币“的游戏规则,;良币一年辛苦的出两篇SCI,劣币可能两三周造一篇,或者两个月造一篇nature or science,造假不被查处,劣币们可凭此走上领导岗位和专家岗位,可以断言先劣带动后劣,中国的学术领域最终只剩下那些”劣币“了。 [ Last edited by gemz10186 on 2009-4-19 at 18:55 ] |
