【求助】abinit5.4.4安装过程中出错

我用的是abinit5.4.4，解压后，在安装的过程中出现了以下几个问题。 1.文件保存在/home/user1015下，用的是intel编译器9.0版本 解压 tar xzvf abinit-5.4.4.tar.gz 得到abinit-5.4.4文件夹 2.进入abinit-5.4.4文件夹，运行*/*/make，一切正常。 3.运行./configure FC=ifort，正常结束，出现 Configuration complete. You may now type "make" (or "make multi" or "make multi_alt" on a SMP machine) to build ABINIT. 4.make 最后显示错误： ld: mrgddb: hidden symbol `_Unwind_GetIP' in /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/3.4.6//libgcc_eh.a(unwind-dw2.oS) is referenced by DSO ld: final link failed: Nonrepresentable section on output make[4]: *** [mrgddb] Error 1 make[4]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... ld: mrggkk: hidden symbol `_Unwind_GetIP' in /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/3.4.6//libgcc_eh.a(unwind-dw2.oS) is referenced by DSO ld: final link failed: Nonrepresentable section on output make[4]: *** [mrggkk] Error 1 ld: abinitgw: hidden symbol `_Unwind_GetIP' in /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/3.4.6//libgcc_eh.a(unwind-dw2.oS) is referenced by DSO ld: final link failed: Nonrepresentable section on output make[4]: *** [abinitgw] Error 1 make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/user1015/abinit-5.4.4/src' make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/user1015/abinit-5.4.4' make[1]: *** [all] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/user1015/abinit-5.4.4' make: *** [multi] Error 2 |
