[交流] 美国加州圣克拉拉大学计算机专业全奖博士生open positions

Two Ph.D. positions with full financial support are now available in Dr. Li’s group in the Computer Engineering Department at Santa Clara University (SCU). She is looking for self-motivated PhD students to work on cybersecurity, data science and network analysis, with applications in online social networks, power networks and wireless networks. Visiting scholars/students and post docs are also welcome. If interested to join her group, please contact her at phdcsescu@gmail.com.

Dr. Li is an Assistant Professor in Computer Engineering at SCU. Her current research interests include cybersecurity, big data analysis, machine learning, algorithms and optimization in large scale networks, including communication networks, smart grids, social networks, and their interdependency. The results of her work have been published in top CS conferences and journals such as IEEE INFOCOM, IEEE ICDCS, IEEE ICDM, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid and IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing, including IEEE MSN 2014 Best Paper Award, IEEE ICDCS 2017 Best Paper Runner Up.

Requirements:
- M.S. degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics or related majors
- Experience in at least one object-oriented programming language
- Strong math background preferred
- Proficiency in English reading and writing (through GRE and TOEFL/IELTS scores) - Most importantly, passionate about research and solving challenging problems.
