There were a vast number of papers from various disciplines being submitted to IAS-2009. However, due to the space limitation imposed by the agreement with the Conference Publishing Services of the IEEE Computer Society, only a limited number of papers can be included in the conference proceedings. According to the reports from anonymous reviewers, the lists of accepted papers are given bellow: General Session Invited Sessions We regret that we are unable to include all those distinguished works intended to IAS-2009.
